Breakfast was good. The manager Chrishmal was very helpful. we reached there late but he quickly organised the room and let us sleep immediately . He even lent his phone charger . thank you The owner dropped us off at the airport free of charge . Our flight was canceled due Heathrow airport closure and came back to the hotel and stayed there another night. The whole experience was great. Convenient location . Colombo Fort railway station is 40 minutes drive and Bandaranayke airport is 20 minute drive . We will use this hotel again and again

We highly recommend The Beach Boutique. We had 4 days to land and relax. We experienced a very high level of service, good rooms, and great food. The owner drove us to the nearest tuk tuk when we couldn't find one, he even lent us money so we could exchange it in town. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, smiling, and friendly. Lovely, helpful staff! The room was spotlessly clean with plenty of space. The garden area was beautiful and next to an empty beach - perfect for sunset strolls. They provided food, which was delicious, as most things are at least a tuk tuk away. Would recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was very ideal. Near to Colombo Fort. Mr Kuberan the front officer was very helpful and assisted us with the booking of our transport the next day at 5am, although it was a bit tough in finding a Uber at that time of the morning. Thank you for all the assistance rendered. The room was very clean and we had a comfortable stay.

    It was good for 1 night stay as we arrived early hours in the morning. The family room was huge with plenty of space for 4 (with one being on the sofa bed with the mattress on the floor). The hotel is a bit dated but clean & quiet. The staff were very friendly. We seem to be the only guests and the manager was kind enough to let us checkout late. He also arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. We didn't use the pool or any other facilities.

    The hotel was convenient to get to the airport and Colombo. Great view of the ocean and the city skyline from the roof terrace. Pubudu was excellent. He was fantastic at helping us store our bags, arranging transport to the airport and generally was great at his job. Nothing was a problem for him and he had such a positive attitude.

    The second morning we were given Sri-Lankan breakfast since we asked for it. That was nice. The pool is well maintained by Marcus, the only real friendly chap in the hotel.
