We had the best say with Hassan, and leaving felt like saying goodbye to family. His help and recommendations were amazing and the breakfast was soooo good that we still talk about it. If/when we return, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Exceptional views of the gorge with a magnificent terrasse where you can enjoy good food. Best location for easy access to the gorge. As climbers you are able to walk to most of the climbs and you are literally sleeping next to the walls. Super friendly staff at your service all the time. We felt so welcomed. They even offered to do our laundry! Rooms are perfect size and roomy with great views of the gorges. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Magnificent place! The owner is super friendly, informative, kind and just lovely. The place is full of character, warmth and colour. Location just in a middle of old village. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Food is delicious. Good wi-di if you need it. Highly recommend!!!

Room was very spacious. Building is brand new. Good view of the surrounding gorge from the room windows and rooftop. Close to the via ferrata. Able to park right in front of the riad. Restaurant inside the riad was very convenient. The owners let us know that they had just opened and were very open to feedback.

Host brought our heavy luggage in from the street, up to our room. The building is not on a main road but set back a few yards with other establishments. He arranged for us to eat our delicious supper alone in a meeting room instead of in the more crowded restaurant hall. Good, unexceptional breakfast. Host found us a guide for walking near the gorge and river.

    Truly spectacular building, location, and views!

    Truly spectacular building, location, and views! The facility is almost magical in in architecture...all stone that blends in with the Gorge area and the quality of the building is top notch. Also, great that it is mostly run on energy from the sun. To top it all off, we had the cave room, which is truly unique. Finally, the staff was super friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended even if a little off the beaten path. Well worth it.

    Visit, Visit, Visit.

    Visit, Visit, Visit. And if you like to hike, do the climb that starts at the stairs. If you are a good climber, it takes about an hour to get to the top. We crossed paths with goats and nomads along the way! The view is a panoramic view of both sides.

    Todra Gorge is a beautiful area.

    Todra Gorge is a beautiful area. I went there mainly to climb with a group of friends as it is an area famous for this Etoile de Gorge as the perfect location for this as there is literally great climbing as soon as you step out of the hotel. Many great climbing spots are just within walking distance. And if you drive a bit, you can find more amazing crags. Wi-fi is bad in the entire area. (BTW Orange has zero signal in this area so get a Sim from INWI if you're thinking of coming to Todra Gorge). I would seriously recommend planning for a digital detox and not having to do a bit of remote work as I had to :( as this place is gorgeous and relaxing! Price-wise the whole area it's on the touristy end for food. But this can be said for all hotels and restaurants in the area. Restaurant food prices aren't too different from touristy places in Marrakesh. In other (less popular) places, the food quality is the same and half the price.
