Our one-bedroom apartment was outstanding, with panoramic views of the Atlantic, Hassan II Mosque, and the city skyline. The design and finishes were impeccable, spacious, and elegant. Our butler Yassine made the stay exceptional through flawless attention to detail and anticipation of every need. The apartment also featured a top-tier vinyl player with a collection of over 200 superbly curated LPs—an eclectic mix with strong Arab and African influences that made the experience unique. At reception, Imane and her team were consistently professional, attentive, and accommodating. Service across the hotel was at the highest level. Dining was another highlight; while every restaurant impressed, La Brasserie stood out as our favorite. The spa pool was equally remarkable. From arrival to departure, we felt completely at home. The Royal Mansour Casablanca delivered an experience of warmth, sophistication, and precision. Congratulations to Laurent, Director of the Hotel, for leading with such excellence. We look forward to returning soon.

FAQs about hotels in Casablanca

An Impressive City Full of Colours and Aromas

Located on the Atlantic Ocean, the cosmopolitan Cassablanca is the largest city in Morocco although Rabat is the political capital. This colorful city features lively traditional markets and narrow streets full of spices and aromas.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Hassan II Mosque has the tallest minaret in the world. Made of hand-crafted marble, this beautiful mosque blends the Islamic architecture with Moroccan elements. Situated in the heart of Morocco, the modern Port of Casablanca is the largest one in North Africa and one of the largest artificial ports in the world.

The traditional market of Quartier Habous has a great variety of handmade Arabic carpets, metal wares and a huge olive area. The shopping paradise of the Exposition Nationale d'Artisanat is the place to buy local products, souvenirs and quality leather goods.

The Boulevard Muhammad V is Casablanca’s busiest street linking the Place des Nations Unies with the railway station in the east of the city. If you are looking for relaxation, visit one of the local Turkish baths and enjoy soothing spa treatments. Booking.com offers a big selection of hotels in Casablanca with wellness facilities.

Mohammed V International Airport is the busiest airport in Morroco, serving many European countries. The train station of Casablanca Voyageurs connects the city with Marrakech and Tangier.

As a tourist two days are about right- main sights are the Hassan II mosque, Arab league park, Mohammad V square, art deco buildings and don't miss the Habous quarter - nice feel, less hurried with a great cafe (Imperial) and souk. Good tram system from station.

Before this trip I'd only been to Marrakech in Morocco - so it was like going from the traditional Morocco to the business side of Morocco - very diverse - it felt like a cross between UK and Spain. Everything is at your finger tips and the city of Casablanca is very walkable.

We enjoyed a couple of days in Casablanca doing our own thing. It was easy to walk around the key sites and we had a guided tour inside of the Hassan II Mosque. (We like Lonely Planet Guides and used this all over Morocco including Casablanca). After time spent inland it was nice to be by the coast and experience a few degrees lower temperatures. Casablanca does not have the old Medina's like Fez, Marrakesh and Rabat and there are less tourist/souvenir type shops so if you are after artisanal products both Fez and Marrakesh are better for that. We travelled to Casablanca on the train from Fez, it was excellent, we also travelled to Tangier, Rabat and back to Casablanca on the train. All tickets were easily bought online through Rail Ninja (via the Moroccan Train website). Trains ran on time and were quite comfortable (with varying quality of Airconditioning!) First class tickets were not a lot more expensive than regular tickets and worth the extra.

At Cultural Morocco Tours, we highly recommend visiting Casablanca Morocco’s modern and cosmopolitan city that offers a perfect blend of tradition and progress. Home to the iconic Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest and most stunning mosques in the world, Casablanca also features a beautiful Atlantic coastline, vibrant local markets, and elegant French colonial architecture. Whether you're arriving, departing, or looking to explore the city’s charm, Casablanca is a great introduction to Morocco’s culture and hospitality.

Nice city to visit, beautiful places to visit, nice beaches and shopping centres , some places are very posh and clean others are unfortunately filthy, driving is crazy not recommended at all, crossing the road on the crossing is terrible no one stops for pedestrians very dangerous it need extra careful for crossing or if you can avoid it, also not respecting the traffic law crossing the lead light and ignoring the traffic officers ...

The hotel lobby manager has a strong sense of superiority, and the service was average. At about 7:45 in the morning, a waiter came directly into the room while we were still sleeping, which frightened my children. Why didn't they even have the basic training of knocking on the door? There was no soup spoon at breakfast, and when I looked for the waiter, he was in the middle of a call. I had already spend nearly two weeks in Morocco, and this was the worst and most expensive hotel that I stayed in.

The location of the hotel is very good. the staff are very good. they are helpful. the rooms are cleaned daily. the bathroom was clean. breakfast was a fixed breakfast. but it was enough for me. Do not return without trying their mint tea. Morocco is a very beautiful country with its culture and people. Taxis are expensive. You can be more comfortable by renting a car. Thanks to Hotel de Paris staff.

After spending a month travelling around Morocco, we really enjoyed the retro feel of this hotel, our rooms were spacious and the beds really comfortable. This is a great, economical place to stay, with breakfast included. We were able to walk to all the sites. Highly recommend staying here if you are after a cool boutique place to stay in Casablanca
