Helpful staff. Kitchen was opened especially for us at 9pm for an evening meal - thank you. Swimming pool on roof. The hotel itself is very, very nice, newly appointed, well finished, lovely decor, lovely ensuite rooms, good food / breakfast, friendly staff. Parking available in front of the medina walls, near the access arch to the hotel. Not many tourists evident in the town. A walk by the river behind the medina was nice. There is a currency exchange nearby at Al Barid Bank.

The hotel is very close to the beach, the restaurant has everything from traditional food to international and it is open till 23.00. The staff is very nice and helpful and they do everything in their power to help and make your stay pleasant.

All the staff were superb! The receptionist/host was incredibly helpful with many things which she solved straight away, including helping with emails for boarding passes and general advice. This was the best hotel after 3 week's travelling in Morocco and 6 towns. Fantastic views. The hotel is in the very centre, which is full of life. The rooms are fully equipped, air con, and black out curtains plus a great bathroom and very comfy beds. Breakfast is marvellous, many options available, but the almost instant freshly cooked to order omelette is a great start to the day. Nice clean hotel in good location minutes from beach, seafront and old medina and near cafes and restaurants. Friendly welcome. Nice big room. Comfy bed, good wifi and hot water. Near bus station. Really good breakfast included. Good value.

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. This time I booked again just for the two days and extended for a further two. The staff are very friendly and always go the extra mile to accommodate customers. They looked after me. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be retuning again soon. In terms of location directly across the beach and very quiet. I like it this was as if you want to explore it’s probably a 20 minute walk down adjacent to the beach into Centre-Ville.

The stay was perfect, from arrival till departure, and mainly it made us want to come back for another stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the city center and mainly close to the exhibition park. Also I enjoyed the all surroundings of the premises, with green golf, and forest around the hotel. the area is calm, the only sound you here is the one of the waves ! And the personel team is well trained and understand perfectly the genuine customer service., with no artifice!
