The hotel is super clean and the staff is outstanding especially Ms. Naima, Ms . Akbal and Mr. Younis. The restaurant clerk was an outstanding as well. The hotel technician , who helped me in setting my room safe box was super helpful. It is an outstanding hotel with an exceptional staff. Great Hotel - we enjoyed our stay a LOT. Food, activities and the beautiful garden are at a high standard. But what makes this place really special is the Staff! Imad, (the receptionist) welcomed us with lemonade biscuits and a big smile. He was super helpful in planning trips, had no problem meeting special requests and was always quick to answer. He was our main contact, because we didnt speak French, but the other staff were also super friendly and warm to us. They met the 4 star criteria in every way! Great place to just relax and wind down.

The room was amazing, with a beautiful sea view. It was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist and the waiter at the restaurant were exceptional and kind throughout our stay. We stayed for three days, and the location was fantastic—within walking distance of everything. Wonderful breakfast. They offered a shuttle bus from the airport for 200 Dirhams (20 euros), which we booked both ways through them. Highly recommended place! Thank you for an amazing stay.
