We enjoyed the size of the resort, small enough to walk around with lots of small shingle beaches where it was easy to enter the sea for safe swimming. The grocery shops were well stocked with reasonably priced fresh produce. A good variety of boat trips were available. The local transport was somewhat problematic with no proper timetables even online. TIVAT IS A WONDERFUL PLACE. ESPECIALLY PORTE MONTENEGRO IS SO BEAUTIFUL. THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PORTE MONTENEGRO. LOOKING FORWARD TO GO BACK AGAIN AND STAY AT THE SAME PLACE. We mentioned that we were a honeymoon couple, and they made a small but thoughtful gesture by preparing a fresh fruit plate for us. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bosko and Zlatinka! Cotton buds and makeup removal pads were provided in the room. The room could be locked from the inside, which added to our comfort. The best hotel breakfast I've ever had (a la carte) in its restaurant Mila where I would also recommend to have lunch and/or dinner; great menu, cozy atmosphere, excellent staff and of course the food! It is 15 minutes from the Tivat airport, so it was very convenient. In addition it is close to Tivat and the Porto Montenegro and the Ferry. We did a lovely hike in the area called Gornji Stoliv. The accomodations were small but very clean, good water pressure and comfortable bed and sofa. We enjoyed breakfast there which was served on the terrace.
