Maison Medina exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property with fantastic service. The property was meticulously set up. Bed was very comfortable too. The view of the Mdina from the rooftop terrace was a bonus. Mdina was also just across the street. Anita, who hosted us was outstanding. She made us feel so welcomed.

Everything was exceptional - to the faultless staff who made us feel so special and welcome, the well appointed room with big terrace (sunrise and countryside views) and hot tub jacuzzi. The location was fantastic, so accessible yet private at the same time and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The on-site restaurant is the best we’ve had dining in Malta and again the staff went out of their way to make our stay as memorable as possible. We were so sad when we had to leave!

We were really impressed by the atmosphere in this boutique house. The furniture, decorations, and art objects are giving an intimate and pleasant restful feeling, but also educate visually. A boutique hotel decorated with amazing taste. Breakfast was more than enough and a chef will be ready to cook for you. Room has been cleaned every day. Staff was amazing and very supportive with all our requests. We will return for sure here!

Comfortable very wide double bed. Refrigerator Water-cooker Big TV The cleaning staff of 03/17 wheb we came back we saw that they even folded our clothes. If you live in room 103 you could just walk out the door to the ice machine and get cool drinks. Everything was clean and the staff was so polite, respectful and even helped to book tables at restaurants. First night a man I think is called Gibson I don't know how to spell it. He helped us with our check-in and gave us a map and wrote a lot of good places to visit before he went for holidays. The next evening the man Manish helped us with booking a table at a restaurant so we didn't have to walk around to find a place to eat. Insta gr am south.swedish.viking

    We visited on a Sunday which felt very special. We were able to wander round and barely see anyone else, truly a step back in time. We ate at Coogis in the evening , which was delicious and thoroughly recommend. A treat to visit the town when so quiet

    A delightful small, quiet city....it was nice to stay within...

    A delightful small, quiet city....it was nice to stay within the walls of the city for the nighttime experience. It became the silent city. not a lot to see, but what is there was interesting. Rabat is literally a short walk across a pedestrian friendly bridge with lots of activity. Certainly Mdina is worth a visit.

    This is quite simply the most well run small hotel I have ever stayed in. The owner Omar and his wife Sandra are the most kind and accommodating hoteliers you could hope to meet. We loved this hotel, highly recommended. The hotel is spotless and absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. We changed another booking to stay here after stumbling across it by chance when walking are Mdina. These wonderful people deserve your money.

    Everything ! perfect location for visiting Mdina and Rabat, convenient for public transport. Beautiful period property lovingly and stylishly renovated to a light, airy and beautiful place. All the staff were delightful and the hostess makes her guests feel like family. The room was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast area, guest lounge and wonderful roof terrace were exceptional.

    The welcome was excellent. I’ve not had such a personal and warm welcome in a hotel before. The general level of helpfulness from the staff from reception to the restaurant was superb. The food in the restaurants was of a very high standard. The beds were also very comfortable, it’s so rare for me to find pillows of the kind of quality I have at home.

    The hotel is welcoming and well laid-out and furnished. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. Our room also had a spacious roof terrace. Anita was also extremely polite and tried to go out of her way to make sure all was well with our stay.

    We had a lovely stay in Mdina, loved the Location and the property is huge and felt special. Lovely large bedrooms and bathrooms. Rabat is just a 10 minute walk away for more restaurants and places to visit.
