Valletta has plenty to offer tourists. There are busses, ferry’s, Uber and Bolt that make getting about without a car very easy. Lots to explore. There is nothing not to like about Valletta.
There is nothing not to like about Valletta. It’s gorgeous, has an excellent vibe, feels safe walking around at all hours of the night, always an opportunity to sit outside a bar and listen to live music, great food, so much history to absorb and adventure to be had. Loved Valletta!
Loved Valletta! The buildings, the history, the people were all beyond expectation. We went the first week of October and the weather was perfect for walking around the city - mid twenties every day although you may have the odd rain shower at this time of year. Despite the fact you are in a tourist city we never felt that we were being taken advantage of with prices for coffees, drink and food being pretty consistent throughout the city and quite reasonable. The public transport system especially the buses is very good whilst taxis are quite reasonable too. And of course just about everyone speaks English! But take good shoes with you as you will be doing a lot of walking - and most of it up and down hill...!Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

There were so many things to do and sights to see, that it is difficult to single one out. A friend who knows Malta well gave us a very long list, and we did our very best to to a few of them. Favourite places? The trip by boat around the harbours and creeks, the Cathedral, the archaeological museum, the numerous restaurants and bars, the architecture... I could go on and on. If you go further afield, go the the Rotunda at Mosta, the citadel at Mdina and the catacombs at Rabat. We found the local buses excellent and used them a lot! Valletta is a stunning and walkable city full of history and culture. There is so much to see and do and lovely cafes and restaurants along the way. Favourite places were Upper Barrakka Gardens and the War Museum, as well as plenty of Harbour boat trips.Guest review byJoUnited Kingdom
