My wife and I went into this not really expecting much, but it turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The staff was veri accommodating and helpful, there were no issues, the food was great and the view from the balcony was amazing! There was also Netflix which is a rarity for the price. Also the mall and everything included there gave us many more options. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the enchanting Hotel Le Suffren in Mauritius, and I must say, it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, my daughter and I were transported to a world of pure elegance and grace. One of the true highlights of our stay was the culinary journey we embarked upon at the hotel's restaurant, where we had the privilege of being dazzled by the extraordinary sushi chef, Ritchy. His artistry with sushi was a revelation, and the flavors danced on our taste buds like a symphony. In fact, it's safe to say that this dining experience was the pinnacle of our culinary adventures in Mauritius. During our stay, a minor maintenance issue cropped up in our room. However, I was absolutely astounded by the swift and professional manner in which the duty manager addressed the situation. Not only did they resolve the issue with precision and care, but they also surprised us with a gracious refund for one night's stay. This unexpected gesture of goodwill touched our hearts deeply. Hotel Le Suffren is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of exceptional hospitality and grace. The staff's dedication to ensuring their guests' happiness is nothing short of extraordinary. I am profoundly grateful for the level of care and attention we received during our stay. If you're seeking a truly enchanting experience in Mauritius, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Le Suffren. The place is unforgettable- it's pristine, intimate and has private access to the beach. Our hosts, Karine and Jerome were warm and welcoming. They arranged the perfect cab services and helped us plan our stay without taxing our minds. We had fhe most relaxing stay, as the backyard had its own bird watching option and the view of a breathtaking sunset. You'll not see a sunset like that anywhere else. Overall 10/10 in every way. This was the first time we got emotional about returning back home. Thank you for this golden experience. Special shout out to Jimmy who was not just a cab driver, he was a very good tour guide.

We had a wonderful stay. the place felt super cozy and comfortable. Bonus points for the Nespresso machine! The shared pool had that nice hotel vibe, and everything we needed was nearby: supermarket, amazing pizza at Pizza Art, and even a gelato spot. The beach is just a 10-minute walk too. Rudy was a fantastic host , friendly, responsive, and made us feel really welcome. We felt safe with 24/7 security, and having Netflix and Canal+ was a great extra. My husband and I had a great time and would happily come back!
