The staff were amazing! the location was incredible! The free boat excursions were a lovely bonus! the food was delicious, the head chef had a great smile….the staff always made a huge effort to be helpful…. We have been in Mauritius for 5 weeks and our two night stay at the tropical attitude was the best. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.. Thank you all !!👍❤️👍

This is such an underrated resort It s so beautiful, surrounded by a beautiful, well looked after lush garden, wonderful beach, 2 big swimming pool + water park The rooms are very big, clean and bed very comfortable Food Excellent and personnel very attentive and polite. Everything was perfect. The best is the staff (always smiling and making sure you are ok and offering help) We had a beachfront room, so we were literally 3 meters away from the sand and the views were breathtaking. Food was really good. We had a half board booking. Breakfast is basically buffet and for the dinner there is a selection of plates which are included in the half board but you can choose different options (extra payment) but the options included in the half board were really good. The bar at the pool is an excellent option to have lunch or simply having a drink. Thierry (the beach boy) is really professional, always smiling and helpful making sure we were enjoying our time. Housekeeper (Kabi) made sure we were ok at the room every day.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Friendly and professional staff, delicious food, many possibilities of how to make yourself entertained, beautiful beach and a clear sea. They even let us charge our phones at the reception because our charging cable broke. Weather wise it can be quite windy due to being situated on the east of the island, but some days we didn't mind it at all because it was pretty hot and breeze made it much nicer.

We stayed at the lux for 3 nights and loved it. Fantastic service from all the staff, the food was delicious, rooms were lovely and spacious, the beach was by far the best bit and worth going here for, and the pool was amazing also. We had the honeymoon package so were provided with a lot of freebies, which was really nice. They provide everyone with water bottles and a beach bag, which is a great touch. One thing to note, the toilet paper is 4 ply, which I've never experienced before. Very luxurious!

    No restaurants within walking distance. therefore have to bring all your food to villa. Public transport infrequent and no designated timetable for buses, own transport or expensive taxis required. Location was quiet and relaxing.
