The staff was very friendly and helping plus the facilities were really clean and the amenities were of high quality. The best thing was the amazing view from the room. The food at hotel is pretty nice, the island also offers other restaurants and grocery shops, also has a nice beach. The hotel also accommodated my special request for a romantic dinner on the beach. Highly recommended.

I've been to over 50 countries and have stayed in amazing places but I can't think of anything that surpasses the experience of a vacation at Royal Island Resort. It was truly magical, a paradise. I had high hopes but it exceeded all of my expectations. The island itself is perfect, with beautiful beaches, warm water, interesting wildlife, and beautiful trees and flowers. The cabins are comfortable and I loved the outdoor (yet private) showers. There are plenty of activities to choose from but I was totally happy just being in the water and hanging out on the beach. The all-inclusive buffet restaurant provided a variety of delicious food that I never got tired of. And I had the best massage of my life at the spa. All that said, perhaps the thing that I'll remember the most are the people. The service cannot be better -- everyone was so welcoming, so kind, so friendly. This is truly a 5-star resort in all aspects and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to have visited. I'll return as soon as I can.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort on the island in the Maldives. One of the aspects we appreciated most was the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, providing a quiet and peaceful environment that allowed for complete relaxation. The dining experience was overall very good, although there is some room for improvement in terms of variety and refinement. That said, the service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. They were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. We did not encounter a single issue during our stay — their dedication and hospitality were genuinely commendable.

The island is amazing and picture perfect and the houses and facilities are very well designed and well maintained. Our house master Yousra was an angel, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even before we ask for it! loved the time at Vakkaru. beautiful property, great rooms, super friendly and responsive staff. Got scuba certified and really liked their scuba team. Chefs were very responsive to dietary preferences, made some amazing food.

This is a perfect paradise. Everyone took the time to know my name and greet me. The food is amazing. The setting is picture-perfect. The facilities are fabulous. There are so many activities to choose from or do nothing at all. If you only choose one place to visit, this is the best. The real Maldives.

The facility at Dusit Thani Maldives is exceptional, second to none! The waters are clean and pristine with excellent snorkeling and water sports. The dining far exceeded our expectations with many seafood and vegetarian choices. The chefs are all 5 star.
