This is a brand new hotel that ticks all the boxes! The staff is very friendly and helpful with setting up transfers and arranging excursions. The hotel has a gorgeous roof terrace with a stunning view of the sunset over the ocean. The rooms are very clean, modern, luxurious and built with exclusive materials. There is a restaurant just across the street of the hotel that serves the breakfast and also have lunch and dinner. The island is very quiet with only a few tourists. The bikini beach is located approx. 5 min walk from the hotel. If you want to, you can get a ride from the hotel staff. The hotel supplies sun beds and umbrellas. There is beautiful snorkelling on the house reef just by the beach. During my stay I saw both stingrays, sea turtles and sharks and of course a lot of different and colourful fish and corals. There are some local shops where you can buy some snacks and essentials. Bring cash, preferably MVR, but USD works as well! I really enjoyed my stay and I wish Mohamed and his team all the best with their new and beautiful hotel!

The room had everything we needed, the hotel has several games you can play for free (such as table tennis, table football...). There is a lot of greenery on the premises which I really enjoyed. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. I really liked the chef, he was eager to impress with his cooking skills. The staff is very attentive and the manager tries to involve you in as much of island life as possible. He gave us a tour of the island, answering our many questions. We were invited to clean the island with the locals and to participate in a hen party. Unfortunately, we left before seeing the decorating of the island and witnessing the local wedding. The house reef is mostly made of soft coral (which I found more beautiful than the hard one) and it's easy to see sea turtles there. Unfortunately, I arrived with an ear infection and the manager was quick to take me to the doctor. He even brought me the meds so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy myself, without even being asked! The entire hotel staff was very kind. Between the islands we visited (others being Male, Fulhadhoo, B. Maalhos and Digurah), Kudarikilu is, by far the best for experiencing the local life - it seems most genuine. In the evenings, you can observe locals fishing from the pier, admire baby sharks and stingrays that spend the night in the shallows, watch locals play volleyball (or even join in).

Very caring, attentive and helpful staff. They have a very personalised approach to everyone and have always tried to help with any problem. They even gave me a birthday cake and many other things they did for me and my family. Best hotel staff I have ever had in my life. Also they always make some events for guests. Is there anything I can write in this review that other guests didn’t write already here on booking? From the very first moment they welcome you on the airport to the moment you leave this paradise on the earth, everything was just p-e-r-f-e-c-t! Top notch personnel where everyone is trying to pamper you and fulfill all the wishes. Buddy - you are the king! Great food for breakfast - even better for lunch and dinner (special recommendation for Japanese restaurant). Overwater villas are located directly over the reef with incredible marine life underneath (snorkeling felt like Windows screen saver :). On the scale from 1 to 10 I give them 11! Guys thanks for everything.

The rooms are new, just opened 02-2025. Staff was very nice, helpful, friendly, always smiling. The breakfast is 1 minut walk just round the corner. It was tasty and enough for adults. Bikini beach is ca 40 meters from hotel it was clean. Corals very nice with a lot of life and fisches. The owner Mohammed organised the transport from Male airport as domestic flight for reasonable price and then picked us up with speedboat at the domestic airport. By leaving the island he went with us to harbour to found a local ferry to another island. Everythink was perfect.
