We loved how friendly the staff was, always very helpful and ready for any request. I loved the location and the facilities the hotel is beautiful and so convenient right across from the airport but still come to pick you up and drop you off at the airport.

Quaint , clean , modern decor and great location for walking and seeing the historic sites . Staff was very friendly and we would highly recommend this place to stay while in Morelia .

The property is very secure and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Theresa did an AMAZING job cleaning the rooms and was always very happy and friendly. The gentlemen downstairs were quick to offer assistance with baggage and were always so welcoming. The staff here are incredible!
