Boutique, luxury retreat a little outside of Merida. The room was fabulous - huge, giant and comfortable bed, big shower, great AC. Lovely pool area. Owners were amazing, treated us like family, nothing was too big an ask. Great breakfast and dinner options. Short walk from the main town square with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location was perfect. Easy to travel to the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very polite. I would definitely go back and stay with my entire family the next time in Merida. The ambiance was great, too.

All of the staff really made our stay the best. They truly go above and beyond and I really made friends, I feel. Rudy, Eduardo and Mauricio are the best! We had a late flight getting in and an early flight getting out and they were able to arrange a ride for us. Truly the loveliest people. The food at the restaurant is also good.
