Very nice hotel in a wonderful location with very friendly staff. If we go to Mexico again, this is the only place we will stay.

Xela has an incredible location right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the coastline. We loved their concept of beautifully designed bungalows that seamlessly blend luxury with nature. Our bungalow offered a view into the lush jungle, allowing us to immerse in the beautiful nature and wildlife of Tulum. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's beachfront location and the lovely staff at the reception, who were not only friendly but genuinely attentive and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From personalised recommendations for local activities to prompt service at the beach, we felt valued and well taken care of throughout our visit.
