Very nice hotel, clean and modern, located not far from the hotel. Hotel provides a shuttle to and from, 12 mins with no traffic, and 20 mins with traffic. Staff is super nice. Hotel within a small mall and the gym was basic but did the job. Our flight arrived late, so we elected to stay here one night before heading into the city center. Worked out well.

The room, cleanliness, shower, location, breakfast included. This is the second time we stay in this hotel. We love it. Everything is great! The bed is huge and comfortable. Nice body wash and shampoo. There is space to keep your belonging, and a safe if needed. The design of the lobby and of the rooms is really cute. Highly recommended!

was impressed by the beautiful exterior surrounded by lush vegetation. The minimalistic interior, combined with its prime location near local shops and restaurants, made for a perfect stay. Great little new boutique hotel with huge bathroom and bath as well as extra large comfortable bed with best linen. The breakfast, prepared by Carmen or Elizabeth, was excellent with fruit,juice , yoghurt and omelette or pancakes etc. was served in the covered patio on the street or inside. I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.

Cozy comfortable hotel with excellent staff and pretty much everything you need. The room has personality and features artwork from local artists, there's also an accessible rooftop with a view of the city and most importantly you're in an excellent location with many restaurants/bars options few steps away. The staff were really awesome and made me feel like I was staying with friends.
