Wow an amazing stay. Very friendly staff, special thanks to reception staff Lizbeth and general manager Alejandro for making our first family trip with our newborn very special. The hotel is very well maintained with clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The baby crib provided was very nice. The hotel is family friendly yet organized and spacious so it doesn't feel noisy with children. The location on the beach is great and the sunset view from the balcony is beautiful.

In its authenticity - staff are Mexican and local - so patience is needed and wholly appreciated by the staff. Food is great - All Inclusive is recommended! The location and view is great! The apartment I stayed in was huge with a big balcony overlooking the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and walk-in closet. There are also several pools in the complex and loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are 3 convenience stores close by.
