    I stayed at the hotel because we went to Six Flags Hurricane...

    I stayed at the hotel because we went to Six Flags Hurricane Harbour for the weekend, after I saw some information about the surrounding water springs I wish I could´ve stayed for a couple more days to visit the waterfall and river as well as the historical buildings like the church and convent. You can walk all around Oaxtepec if you wish to do so and there is a regular bus service to and from Mexico City. There are many fondas and little places to eat that have inexpensive and delicious food like pozole, quesadillas and all sort of tacos,as well as nice shrimp or burger restaurants, even some food chains like little caesars pizza and sushi itto.

    The hotel itself is pretty and it has quite a big pool. The room was spacious with a powerful shower. Hotel is in a quiet area but with vans passing all day that will take you to town for just 10pesos.
