The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

Rooms are big and spacious, common area is central and welcoming, and staff is very nice and helpful. The hostel offers many fun activities just in the right amount. The overall atmosphere is chill and very friendly. It feels like whoever planned this place was a traveller himself and knows exactly what travellers look for. Great experience! The hotel is in an ideal location. The room was cleaned every single day of my stay and the staff were very helpful. I had dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the service of a very high standard. Checking in and out was simple. The breakfast was ok.

    Puebla has lots of attractions including underground historic war tunnels, beautiful churches and streets, fantastic mountain view and the worlds largest pyramid (measured in footprint) nearby. Worth seeing, beautiful church on the peak and less beautiful reason why it is there. Very nice to walk in Puebla - and lots of activity in the streets. The city has two main long distance bus stations. Not sure, but the oldest one might have best connection to local buses. Lots of local buses and takes some to understand where they go. Also 3 (?) fast lane buses.

    The Poblanos are lovely - very friendly and helpful.

    The Poblanos are lovely - very friendly and helpful. The city is super clean. We felt safe the whole time. The historic district is the place to stay. Very central to most everything. Be sure to ride the city tour bus, go to Cholula, and defnitely Val Quimico. Book at least 5 days there's so much to see and many magic towns in the area to visit

    Such a beautiful city with colonial as well as art deco...

    Such a beautiful city with colonial as well as art deco architecture in the central historic district. If you enjoy visiting churches, this is definitely the place for you! Over 70 in the historic district alone and hundreds more city wide. Many of the historic center streets are pedestrian only and are lined with food and craft vendors. The city itself is mostly flat which helps with the 7000+ foot altitude. I was able to enjoy several of the museums - make sure you check out the Museo Amparo's rooftop views! Puebla is where the battle of Cinco de Mayo started and the city does a great job of designating landmarks and installing placards (almost all in Spanish) to tell the stories.

    Puebla has invested a lot in the revival of downtown. Everywhere you go these days you will find a new hotel, a new restaurant, a new gut rehab building that has been beautifully restored. Food is superb and you can get decent prices for Talavera

    Worth a one-day visit.

    Worth a one-day visit. I really liked the colors of the buildings, quite unique. Also, all the restaurants we went to very quite nice... very nice decor, super professional and well-trained staff and tasty food.

    The best accommodation we stayed in! Really big rooms with couch, fully equipped kitchen, shared living room with TV… Esther (the housekeeper) was very lovely, brought us food to try and told us interesting things absout Puebla. Located 10 min walk from Zocalo at a Plaza with food and everything nearby. Very nice rooftop also!

    Best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need for a relaxing trip. We especially loved the food and service at the restaurant, the beautiful architecture, spa and gift/food shop. A lot of attention was given to small details that make your trip better. We felt like royalty.
