The location was great and the hotel was really nice and quiet, with a beautiful design. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was warm and friendly. No complaints. I really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely go back. Highly recommend it.

I requested the highest floor, and they delivered—plus I was given a corner room with fantastic views. The room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast exceeded expectations, especially given the number of guests. Freshly prepared eggs and a high-quality buffet made for a great start to the day. Truly impressive—well done!

San Luis is a great city.

San Luis is a great city. This was my fourth visit and one could easily stay for a month here. So much to see and do. Easily walkable. Great food. There always seems to be a festival on! Make sure to visit the Leonora Carrington museum.

The front desk staff ripped me off.

The front desk staff ripped me off. They charged a $100 US pet deposit and said it was refundable. When I went to check out they said that it was a fee and not refundable. There were also several surcharges to my card that were not authorized by me. I am pursuing legal action with PROFECO Consumer Protection and consulting an attorney.

The hotel didn't have a map of the historic center so had to...

The hotel didn't have a map of the historic center so had to look for the tourist information center (which was open on Sunday and not too far once I've found it) and walked 20 minutes to Leonora Carrington Museum which was wonderful and open until 6pm. I also enjoyed having coffee and a muffin earlier at a cafe/restaurant with outdoor seating on a roofed sidewalk which is a part of a stately building called Edificio Ipina. I liked the San Francisco Plaza with a nice fountain. I would definitely return to visit other museums there such as the Museo Regional Potosino and the Museo de la Mascara which I missed on this trip and go on a double decker bus tour (only 100 pesos and departing every 35 minutes or so.)

Great city with lots to see.

Great city with lots to see. Great restaurants and areas for strolling. Some of the streets are for pedestrians only which was so nice for evening strolling. Wonderful ice cream shops with fantastic selections. I got mango one day and cherry another day. Incredible fresh flavors! We are going back to SLP!

While visiting San Luis Potosí it´s important to visit the old town. There are a lot of museums and attractions, such as ¨Museo de la Máscara¨ also interactive Museum where you can go with your kids which was designed by a famous mexican architect Legorreta ¨Laberinto¨. There are several places to try local cuisine such as Cielo Tinto, Jacarandas, or Posada de Virrey.

The location right in the city center, friendly staff and comfortable beds. The hotel is clean in general, the interior decoration is nice and our room was spacious. The hotel has good services like restaurant, laundry and gym. Our flight landed really early in the morning and we already knew that the check-in is only from 3PM onwards, but the staff was helpful and finally got us a room a few hours before the official check-in time :)
