A charming small town mostly dedicated to production of traditional wood carpets and clothing. Beautiful town nestled in a small valley below high hills. Town center, with ancient church, town government buildings and new cultural and education center is a delight. Food is excellent.

    Amazing village!

Amazing village! Really worth visiting if you stay in Oaxaca, but want a more authentic experience out of the city. It's a weavers village and they sell a lot of beautifull products. The museum is really worth visiting, modern (and english texts!!) which tells you all about the Zapothecs, the indiginous people that live(d) there. We really enjoyed our stay!
