We loved this place. Remote in the nature, extremely friendly staff that did everything in their power to accommodate us. The cenotes are amazing and so is the property. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is also quiet. In the nighttime you can see all the stars and hear the animals. We loved everything about it. If using your data bundle or stay without internet and have a car to bring you there isnt an issue for you i can highly recommend this location.

The room was nice and clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Safe place. There is a cute pool to relax in, and the A/C was working well. The host is very friendly, speaks English well, and has two adorable dogs.

We loved absolutely everything. The room, the cave pool, the staff, the food, everything was amazing. The breakfast is very good and included. This place is magical, ZENtik is the perfect name for this hotel ! The location is also very good, 15 min walk to the cenote Zaci and the center ( very safe to walk from the hotel ). Also, ive to repeat myself but the staff is amazing. This hotel is a gem and i recommend it 100% !

Amazing place. The room feels luxurious with an incredible bathroom and hammock to relax in. The garden and pool are very relaxing. It's a short walk into town or a cheap taxi if you don't fancy the walk. The food there is delicious, with a very generous breakfast in the morning The staff are all very friendly and attentive, they helped us with arranging a tour and a transfer and really helped make the stay a positive one

Antonio was so helpful and kind, thank you! He arranged a taxi service to drive us around for the day allowing us to visit two sites and two cenotes. There are several options available to different attractions in the area. He coordinated everything for us and our driver was prompt and professional. The hotel is a short walk to the bus station and close to the main square. There are many restaurants and shops surrounding, so you will have everything you need. The room was spotless and there is a small common balcony on the 2nd floor with an ashtray for smokers and a shared fridge on the main level plus water to refill your bottles.

The location was amazing (with a bicycle you're in the centre within 5 minutes), the area is quiet, the staff is SUPER friendly and service minded - Mario is amazing and took such great care of us! He had the best recommendations for day trips, restaurants, etc. 🙏 Also, it's really clean and the decor is warm and welcoming. Couldn't recommend this place more and we're definitely staying here next time as well!

The hotel is excellent, with own private parking, which is important in Valladolid, because you can not park on the street. The hotel is really very clean, no bugs, safe, close to the restaurants shops etc. Very helpfull and nice staff, she recommended for us a super mexican restaurant. There is no breakfast included, but for 5 dollars / person you can eat there ( there is a coffeshop in the rooftop) , is quite good choice for starting the day, and enough. This hotel is not so big, with nice rooms, so I would choose once again, if I would stay in Valladolid. Very good place- recommended! we were with 4 older kids there.
