Right on the beach so great for a swim and you can have a short walk to the restaurants by road or beach. Firefly office is very close. We really enjoyed our short stay here. MalaysiaThree of the room comes with air-cond except for one. The aircond works well and cold. The owner are very kind in providing us some snacks and even bread. Got comforter and lots of extra pillow. So if you come in group rest assured they got you covered. You can even sleep in the living room as the fan is very strong to support you for a good night sleep. The unit also provides adequate or more than you need for cutleries, plate and drinking mug and cup. They also provides with more than 5 i think fresh towel. Comes with WIFI and unifi TV where you can watch limited but fun entertainment. The unit is very clean.

Cherating is a nice place to stay due to its beach, scenery, food and resorts, hotels nearby. But during peak season, u need to plan much earlier to avoid staying in discomfort resorts or old resorts or old hotel. You can find a good resort with nice environment and scenery if u have ample time to make a research or survey and surprisingly there are upcoming resorts which i am looking to stay but its fully occupied.Guest review byAbu Bakar - 8.0

Cherating, the beach is awesome and great view of sunrise. A lot of resort to choose from the cheapest wooden room to a 5 star resort. But the beach is not for swimming, esspecially on moonsoon time its a bit unsafe even you're a swimmer due to south china sea strong wind and a big wave. Enjoyed the night river cruise/ fireflies gazing the most. You can even have star gazing at the same time. Very worthy for money. Turtle release is not so worthy for money, overprice as you have to release them in group as quick as possible for higher survival chances. good for a couple of nights.
good for a couple of nights. The chalets are nice but the aircon unit in our room was malfunctioning all the time. Cable has poor selection of stations. The bed was comfortable, Staff was friendly and the hotel is easy to find. The menu at the restaurant is limited. There are 5 pools so this is ideal for kids. The beach is clean and the sand is not rocky. Overall a good stay, we would stay here again next time we visit. Probably the best place in Cherating other than club medGuest review byRobert
