The ambience of the lobby, the clean room, the speed of the WiFi, live music and location ofbthe hotel. We were given free high tea upon check-in, which is a great surprise for us, especially since we have travelled from so far and hungry. The staffs are so helpful when the room key card is unable to unlock the door. They came up 3 times to assist us till the issue is resolved.

It was located in a quiet area so my stay there was peaceful. Marts and food places were within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. My request to have both units on the same floor was also met.
