It was an old town and peaceful land. I got to visit the legend Malay College of Kuala Kangsar, Bukit Chandan Royal Palace and the famous Ubudiah mosque right in the center of Kuala Kangsar. The food is great that almost in every place in town you can find eateries that serve local cuisines and western food also. Kuala Kangsar is Perak's royal town. It's located beside the Perak River. Famous food that you have to try here is laksa kuala kangsar, especially Laksa Pak Ngah and Laksa Kembar. The broth is light but flavourful and the noodle is made from rice flour. If you like chinese breakfast, there's one popular place by the river bank too. It's halal.
