Easy and fast check-in and out. Nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a two bedroom and we thought it would be like an apartment style, but it's actually more like two separate cojoined rooms with a small common area. Two bathrooms, fridges, water boilers for each room which was very convenient. Each room has their own entrance too! Place was central as well.

a reasonably affluent city on the east coast, boasting a modern drawbridge copied from London Bridge in the UK. There is a lot of building and development going on, and clearly this place has ambitions. There are two massive shopping malls close to the drawbridgewith a great range of shops inside, and the whole city had a very pleasant vibe.

I cannot say much as my stay in Kuala Terengganu was short, only for three days, and the main purpose of my visit to KT was to visit my relatives. Didn’t do much sightseeing. However, it is a good thing that there is a large modern shopping mall within walking distance from the hotel that I was able to visit and spent time shopping and enjoying lunches and dinners in the restaurants. Also had a taste of durians in Kuala Terengganu which I didn’t have the opportunity to in Kuala Lumpur. Overall, it was a pleasant trip.

Tourists generally come here to go out to the islands, we came here in mid march and during Ramadam . The seas were still very high and we had a 50 minute white knuckle ride out to Redang, when we got there the resorts were still just opening up and it was impossible to snorkel as the waves and currents were still dangerous and there were flags out warning you not to swim. We didnt risk the 90 minute ride out to Perhentian. Terengganu is a conservative Muslim state so everywhere is closed during Ramadan, I hadnt fully realised the impact this would have but we found a Mall with a food court and ate there. We found Terengganu to be a beautiful, safe and very friendly city with lots to do and see including stunning architecture, museums, gorgeous waterfront/promenade, huge market area, lots of wildlife and a very efficient transport system. I would be happy to return but not during Ramadan as i can imagine that the City would be very different .

Just ok, pretty serene city and food (esp Nasi Dage, i will give 10-star to Nasi Dage Atas Toll) and another hotspot which i was told just opened, resembling "Studio nostalgia Jalan ampas" - Dapo pata tok jembal was fantastic, i truly enjoyed it! And esp to have a spouse who is a Kelantanese (while I am a Sarawakian), that savour our local taste. Besides that, this has not been my first visit to KT, my third actually. Prior to that, we had visited the beaches, it was fantastic, white sandy beach, and the Payang Market, was a great deal.

Favorite place will be the beach but recomended go to the island such as Redang, Kapas & Perhentian but in the city, yes can visit the museum of Terengganu and shopping place go to new of Pasar Payang. For eat place can go to Singgang Budu restaurant and get a traditional dishes like Singgang Ikan or Singgang Sotong and for breakfast you can go Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. Overall with smooth traffic, getting around is effortless and completely stress-free.

We were booking for 1 night stay prior to moving from one local hotel which was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. Our stay was amazing, very comfortable and clean. Great location, the apartment was overlooking beautiful sea view and a walking distance to the KTCC Mall. Very near to the city and close to all the tourist attractions in Kuala Terengganu as well as popular restaurants. Check in and check put was super easy just follow along the guide that was given. Overall a great stay and very lovely home. Keep it up!

The staff are very helpful but the facilities are very poor. They only provide two towels for 4 paid guests. The door is not sound proof so we can hear other guests' voices with kids from our room. The pipe was broken and the water kept flowing. Parking is not provided rather we have to park if there is empty parking nearby. I see the price from the hotel is way cheaper than shown and offered by booking.com. I paid the price from booking.com far higher than what the hotel really offered. Quite disappointing

We booked 1 single bed and 1 queen bed and we combined the bed during our stay (Already aligned back to the original place) because the hotel had no option for a baby cot. Overall it was okay.staff friendly. Location hotel nearby the "Jambatan angkat Kuala Terengganu" and free parking too
