Everything. The staff, the rooms, the location, the pool, the breakfast. I stayed in one of the newer rooms and they're so clean and spacious. The view in the morning and evening is spectacular across the desert. I was here for the night and left for sossusvlei in the morning at 6 and there were loads of people leaving at the same time so it made the drive easier being alongside a few cars in the pitch black

Everything! Location, location, location - it’s not far from Sossusvlei and only a fraction of the cost of staying inside the park. We had a problem with our rental car and they put us up another night, no problem at all. Special mention to the manager, Martiens. He kept us company all day while our car was getting fixed and took us up the hills to view the sunset each night as it sets over the golden grass. Do yourself a favour and stay here, the grounds are beautiful, the staff so helpful and friendly. It was a real highlight in our time in Namibia.

What a pleasant surprise this gem of a lodge is! My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The individual huts were clean, spacious, and cozy. The best part was seeing all the animals so close! We could have sat on the deck all day just watching them come and go. The staff was always smiling and very hospitable. They were helpful answering all of our questions and directing us to the dunes in Sossusvlei and Swakopmund. This was the perfect relaxing escape we needed, away from the busy city life of Luanda, Angola!
