The staff were very professional. I booked this hotel for my aged mother and I also booked a taxi from the hotel to pick her from and to the airport. The staff Daniella went out of her way to make sure my mom's stay was worth it. Very grateful Daniella. Communication between me and the hotel was the best. They made sure everything I needed was in place before my mum arrived. Even the taxi driver, text when my mum was picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Nothing beat that. My mum is still singing about their professionalism and the hotel atmosphere. Their food was homely.

Located in a quiet place away from traffic The facility is quite clean.The furnishings as well as the finishings could be improved.The pool area is quite quiet and very nice Really very comfortable mattresses Friendly and always available staff.Cheap price I had a good stay in that room in that property.A 24-hour security service at the gate. A good place to consider in the future. The food is of excellent quality and very tasty

This hotel gave me the best experience of my entire stay in Lagos out of 6 hotel/serviced apartment stays in total. I actually had such a horrible experience at another place and needed somewhere to stay urgently. The Tranquil Oasis hotel was a rare find and I have to say exceeded my experience even from a 5 star hotel. The staff here from the security team to reception to facilities to the kitchen bar and cleaning team, everyone was extremely courteous, great customer service and no ask was too small or too big. The management of this facility should be extremely proud of the team they have here. The hotel itself had all the touches of a boutique European hotel with very modern touches all through. I was almost sad to leave after my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm serene environment in Lagos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
