Port Harcourt is a great city, any time, any day.

Port Harcourt is a great city, any time, any day. Will love to visit more often. I was engaged in several meetings, so I didn't have time to explore the landscape with the exception of meetings here and there

The room was smaller than I expected but ideal for a single person, the service was excellent and the staff was really brilliant, courteous and helpfull. The only downside was the toilet area I found difficulty with entering and exiting the Bath I would have preferred a shower room as a bath is not ideal for old people but on the upside there was 2 towels supplied as apposed to normally just one.

Portharcourt has improved since my last visit about 6yrs ago. Roads Network is very much improved and new recreational facilities evidently developed over the years. Though a short visit would recommend a guided trip with known and trusted indigenes.

Has begun the transformation to the good old days of being the garden city. Has hotels that meet all categories of travelers, good night life and a great blend of the Niger Delta and Nigerian culture.

I loved the variety of native meals available and fresh juice. Boli and fish tops the chat. Oh how I enjoyed the native soup at M&I, not forgetting the unripe plantain porridge at Lucian Exclusive Hotel. My visit to Pleasure Park was the icing on the cake. PH is a must visit. Availablity of Bolt was also great plus the fact that it is cheap. Good road network. I would visit PH anytime, anyday.

Port Harcourt is a pleasant City with markedly improved infrastructure over the last decade . There are many interesting places to visit for business or leisure. There is however, growing concern over the quality of air which the authorities should address. Currently even without the advent of the Corona Virus, it is advisable to wear a facial mask when out of doors to filter the air.
