Although our hotel was in an area that felt like a business park, it was a short walk to a nice, wooded suburban trail. This led to clean, nice neighborhoods. The airport is very easy to navigate, staff are friendly and most speak English as well as Dutch. The train, which is in the same area as the airport, requires a credit card for each passenger but is very easy to tap on and off. If you are looking for a good flat white (if you know, you know), look carefully before you order - most places use automatic machines and the coffee is ordinary.
