The "Parken" hotel might look a big like a klutz from the outside - but inside, it's very modern, airy, spacious and comfortable. The room had a wonderful view of the ocean - how much more can you ask for? The location is superb - centrally located as can be, anything within max. 10 minute walk. There's a parking garage under the hotel (with direct access to the lobby - very convenient with heavy suitcases!). Breakfast is plentiful, varied and very tasty - as always in Scandinavia. The staff was both professional and very friendly and approachable at the same time. All in all : this is really hard to top !

The enormous fireplace at the entrance, as well as the building and decoration are absolutely beautiful. Location is perfect, rooms are big and bed is really comfortable. Light dinner is perfect when one arrives. Breakfast is complete and good. Personal is really nice and take care of the details. The sauna and baths outside, with option to jump into the fiord is amazing!

Very nice small flat with garden. Bedroom with AC (though we did not use even in july) washing machine & dryer to use. (There was even detergent ect) kitchen had everything, even coffee capsules. Tv with smart futures (netflx, prime) Owners comminication was excellent, gave instruction before we arrived so we did not ant questions at all. Groceries at walking distance. Only recommend.

Me and my parents stayed for a night at the large apartment on the top floor and I have nothing but good things to say of our short but lovely stay. The apartment is well located in the historic city center and 2 blocks away from a parking. Communication was easy and getting the keys too. The apartment itself is incredibly charming, with vintage furniture and beautiful wallpaper, the beds were also confortable. Everything was also very clean and organized.
