Staff were polite, friendly, good mood and helpful, helping to make our stay enjoyable. Room and bathroom were clean, spacious enough, well equipped, modern. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price and the choice of food, quality and quantity were great. Access to free coffee/tea and to the dining area during the day. Possibility for pack lunch. Can have free use of the washing machine and clothes dryer. Very close to the railway station. Great value for money.

What a grand old hotel. It is stunningly beautiful, and perfectly located at one end of famous Sjøgata. My room looked out over the little hotel garden with beautiful lights decorating the trees, and the river just behind it. Very tranquil. My single room was reachable through a sort of rustic vestibule decorated with beautiful old furniture. There was a staircase down to the main restaurant, where soft piano music came up. Very nice, I liked to sit and listen. My room was actually 3 rooms, an antechamber, a main room with dresser and armchair, and the bedroom. I'm impressed. Bathroom was spaceous. The hotel offers multiple restaurants and bars, including a cocktail bar. Staff was very friendly, Breakfast was rich with everything from cereals to mini pancakes.

Nice room, good bed, cheerful staff, reasonable price (lower than alternative nearby). Best kebab I have tasted and very good pizza. Warning: huge portions. Close enough to the beautiful town center.

Excellent space and furnishings. Great location, close to the train station and town/mall. Nice view of the mountain. Clean and quiet, very good VFM. Easy check in and accommodating hosts. Highly recommended for a break in rail journey from Trondheim to Bodo.

Good room with all the necessary amenities. The place was clean. The shared kitchen had all the necessary appliances and plenty of stoves, so didn't have to wait in a queue. Laundry was available as well. Check-in instructions were clearly stated which made the experience smooth. I would recommend this place for a night's stay during the drive up north.
