Amazing sea houses with sea view, own sauna, nice staff at the hotel. The best was LUKASS, very helpful, he recommended us the best places to observe the aurora borealis, excellent tips in the area. He was very helpful, friendly, wanted us to feel the best and the stay was flawless thanks to him. We look forward to our next visit. I recommend 10+

Lovingly decorated by the owner, with pictures from his travels in the arctic, and the lodge itself is designed with a ship’s interior in mind. Superb shared kitchen and kitchen area, and of course the view looking out to a quiet beach on Sommarøy. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

EVERYTHING We saw the northern lights two nights our of 4 right from the balcony- no need to engage in costly “Northern Lights chaser tour”. The location is remote (1 hour easy drive from Tromso) and just divine - relaxing - engaging - waterfront to the Norwegian Sea, 15 mins from beautiful Sommarøy. The quality of accommodation is unquestionable. Impeccably clean with a very attentive Manager Espen who could help us with our every need.

Located on the waterfront, this property is situated in Ersfjordbotn in the Troms Region. Tromsø city centre is 21 km away.

The villa’s location is truly exceptional — tucked away at the end of a serene fjord, it offers total privacy and a breathtaking terrace. The reality far surpasses the photos. Communication with the host was flawless. Even before our arrival, we received detailed information about where to shop, store hours, how to access the property — everything was perfectly organized. One of the highlights of our stay was the boat trip with the owner. He took us out on the sea, we went fishing together, and he even prepared a delicious meal for us right on the boat. He also recommended local places to eat — we ended up having the best fish soup in all of Tromsø. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. If you’re planning a trip to Tromsø, skip staying in the city. Choose Tromvik instead — just like we did — and experience the stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the comfort this place has to offer.
