Generally i liked my stay there. Nice place, comfortable hotel with hot shower, ac, wifi, kettle, parking and restaurant. Welcoming family and staff. Food is delicious and not overpriced. Location is down from the city center of nagarkot but more quiet, next to the panoramic trail and hidden sunrise point. Room was nice and okay clean. I had hike around and went to different view spots of nagarkot. It was supposed to be a view of sunrise from my bed, but the weather was foggy, i could see only sun without mountains. Overall experience is really nice.

It was unfortunate that the weather was cloudy while we stay, but still the room provides a great view without obstacles. Close to the bus stop if you come from Baktapur by public bus. We ended up eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals were great and the service was great.

Aboslutely stunning views from room and restaurant and all common areas. Lots of beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy the scenery. Food was very good at all meals, and service was great allover, from restaurant, to reception and spa. Very comfortable bed in spacious room with private balcony to enjoy the sunrise over the Himalayas. Great value for money!

With inDrive, after you receive a booking, they may call and ask for extra charges. If you repeatedly cancel bookings because you’re not comfortable, inDrive may even restrict your account. This caused a lot of trouble for us. I just want to remind everyone to be careful with taxi drivers and always make sure the cost or fare is clearly agreed upon beforehand.

    Nagarkot , lovely place to stay there, neighbours and villagers are very friendly, safe and secure. In every morning or evening, we walk around Nagarkot village to Nagarkot sunrise tower through pine tree forest. It has good viewpoints to snowcaps of Hamalia range, sunrise, sunset and community villages in valleys. In Nagarkot, we can have fresh meat, chicken, egg and milks all are fresh and tasty. There are a lot of restaurants nearby Nagarkot but enjoy cooking fresh meals , breathing fresh breeze, so nice of community life there. In some day , visit to Bhaktapur Durbar square by bus, and can go to several sites as day trip. Good to learn Tamang culture. For us, at least we want to stay at least 7 days but we found very late so we can only stay 4 nights. We will definitely come back Nagarkot

    The town itself is small and very local.

    The town itself is small and very local. We came to Nagarkot to hike, enjoy nature and get away from the noise of Kathmandu. We ate meals at The Fort. We walked into town to view the sunset but spent no time there other than watching the sunset.

    The hotel and grounds are lovely, with beautiful views of the Himalayas in the early morning. However the property is somewhat isolated, being located all by itself on the mountainside. So there is nothing much to do there and nowhere really to walk to (Nagarkot not being much of a town to begin with) Also the swimming pool and hot tub is indoors in a rather unpleasant, humid, glass-encased room. It is also an odd shape, so as to interfere with lap swimming,
