Very beautiful area, lovely history, nice restaurants and cafes. Great if you like to cycle, which sadly we do not. Autumn is the perfect time to visit. Be warned if you want to eat at Oliver's or the Post Office book ahead of time, we did not and could not get a booking. One night is probably enough, maybe two, then head off to Cromwell and onwards to see more.Guest review byMurray - 10.0

Clyde is a lovely quaint little town full of history and character with beautiful scenery as well. For us it was the finishing point of an absolutely beautiful ride around the Clyde. Clyde is a quiet small township off the main highway. It has quite a few cafes, art galleries etc. bike hire etc. We were touring and so only stayed one night but enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Old Post Office with plenty of locals in too.Guest review byChrisAustralia - 10.0
