What an amazing location, room and hosts. We had a double room (with a very comfortable bed and blockout curtains) (classed as a 2 bedroom but the 2nd bedroom was locked but we didn't need it). It included free fast wifi, a private bathroom with a spa bath, separate shower, kitchen with a 2 burner cook top, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, frypan and pots, kettle, coffee plunger with ground coffee and tea bags. The views from the room and property are wonderful. Set against the grape vines of neighbouring properties with hills in the background. There is outdoor seating and tables for you to enjoy the surrounds while you eat your free generous continental breakfast. Only 15 - 20 minutes from Frankston (Queenstown) in a quiet rural location. We would highly recommend this property. Arjun, in an earlier review, said that there were cameras in the room. We saw none, only smoke detectors. Google Maps was very accurate in getting us to our accommodation. We used the oil heater every night, and it was much appreciated. The bed has an electric blanket, but we didn't use it.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our stay in New Zealand! The surroundings are gorgeous despite being so close to the airport. Don't worry about airplane voices; you will not hear them here. The Remarkables center is close to the hotel, with bars, restaurants, and even a supermarket. The room was so nicely designed, comfy and big. The clothes washer+dryer work superbly, it made it possible to refresh our clothes quickly before the flight without leaving the room.

Cardrona Hotel features an iconic on-site restaurant and bar. You can enjoy the picturesque gardens while sipping a drink on the patio.

The most beautiful and luxurious stay I had on my whole trip to New Zealand. The views are spectacular and the grounds stunning. Would give everything a 10/10 including the breakfast, and the friendly helpful staff.

Very spacious rooms with amazing views of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and allowed us a late check out so we were able to finish our planned itinerary in the morning. They have basic milk , bread and some other stuff in the hotel on the ground floor so no need to go for grocery shopping elsewhere. The room was clean and all appliances were working very well.

Wyndham Garden Remarkables Park Queenstown opened in April 2018 at the foot of the spectacular Remarkables and a short walk to Remarkables shopping centre.
