This property exceeded our expectations in all aspects - Exceptional customer services by the hosts, Cleanliness, Facilities, ambience, space, easy access to city and other tourist spots. A wonderful, serene spot! We had a very relaxing time. The couple who managed the lodge were so kind and friendly and always doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, with so much variety of food. We definitely hope to return.

This place is beautiful, a hidden gem away from busy town noise. This unit was also lovely, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Our host was so friendly and pleasant to talk to, and everything else was well presented. Definitely would pick this accommodation in the future.

Friendly management team. Loved the daily visits from the dog. Great location. Very quiet. Comfy rooms. The kids absolutely loved the old school video game! My partner even returned with his own kids 2 weeks later. So good.

    Hamurana is a beautiful, quiet spot on the outskirts of Rotorua. Close enough to all the attractions with the added bonus of peace and quiet. Our accommodation on the Lake edge was so tranquil and peaceful we 'hunkered ' down for the weekend choosing only to venture out for walks.
