What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service, particularly from Mr. Ajay Dhaiya. From the moment we arrived at VR Rotorua Lake Resort, we knew our stay would be something special. The resort's stunning location, right by the tranquil lake, set the scene for a truly relaxing getaway. This place is beautiful, a hidden gem away from busy town noise. This unit was also lovely, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Our host was so friendly and pleasant to talk to, and everything else was well presented. Definitely would pick this accommodation in the future.

Very beautiful, neat & tidy house with 4 bedrooms and spacious living room. High tech home appliances. Eye catching views out from the master bedroom, kitchen and living room. Lots of games available for all age groups. Host was very helpful and welcoming. We had a great time staying at this property and celebrating Christmas 2024.

Friendly management team. Loved the daily visits from the dog. Great location. Very quiet. Comfy rooms. The kids absolutely loved the old school video game! My partner even returned with his own kids 2 weeks later. So good.

    Hamurana is a beautiful, quiet spot on the outskirts of Rotorua. Close enough to all the attractions with the added bonus of peace and quiet. Our accommodation on the Lake edge was so tranquil and peaceful we 'hunkered ' down for the weekend choosing only to venture out for walks.
