Oxford is a pleasant wee country town with one main street and very friendly locals. The dinner at the pub was what you expect from a country pub and the pies at the Sheffield Bakery are another level!! The area is rich with heritage sites and lovely gardens.Guest review byAlastairNew Zealand - 8.0

We decided to go to Oxford to stay at the tiny home which is very quirky. Oxford township was only a 5 minute drive away and had a small supermarket and all the basic requirements which a small NZ town has to offer. You don’t have to worry about the kitchen utensils or anything else. Clean and tidy inside, staff were lovely. We’re just enjoying chatting with each other so much.
