Everything..staying on a farm and surrounded by greenery and animals it was just magical. Too bad for us it was just after full moon so we didn't get to see many stars but we did see some when we went out at midnight. Close to The Anau town centre (5 mins drive) so you can stock up on groceries or go to the many restaurants. The property is on the road to Milford so you exit to the right n just drive all the way to Milford Sounds. Our host was very friendly n made us feel right at home. It's a pity we were out most of the days as this would be a perfect place to just rest n be back with nature.

The cottage was spectacular. Quiet, very clean, and comfortable.

Our stay at Cabot Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ. It is a magical, idyllic location and our hosts Brad and Breidi and their team welcomed us with kindness and thoughtfulness in their attention to detail. Comfy, clean stay. Not far from town center within walk distance. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff! - Milford Sound had heavy rain causing everything cancelled. We got many good advice.
