Excellent place, views to village and mountains around, spaceous hotel and room. Great hospitality! The owner kindly picked us up from downhill (we didnt have strong car to ride those steady hills). After our stay they drove us back downhill to our car. Great staff! The cook and waiter were excellent! Wish you all the best at the hotel! We would like to come back in a few years to see how the hotel and staff is doing. Really charming place.

The location is in a wonderful position, it is absolutly a magic experiance spend time here. Every where around you has an amazing energy. Rooms are perfectly clean with all the comfort. Foods really deliciouse Staff professional and really gentle . Amazing stay at Alila Jabal Akhdar. The accommodation, the staff, the food, the facilities were all fabulous. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. We booked the Hajar Pavillion dinner for our celebration and it was perfect out on the cliff edge away from everyone else, so special for us. This is a truly fabulous resort with views to die for. It is a luxury resort and the prices reflect that, but it is also a luxury experience and the service, facilities and the ambience are just fantastic. Thank you to Alila and all the staff who made our stay so special.

Mohsin is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The facilities are not luxurious, but definitely good and fit for purpose (keep in mind that you are at the end of the road in the mountains). Views are spectacular, and we loved the glass front of our room. The property is literally at the start of the balcony walk.
