Lovely people and amazing breakfast. Maria and her daughter really made our stay a positive experience. they helped us with organising our trip, gave good tips about what to see and do but were also interested about our experiences and opinions of activities in Cusco. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by that the hotel provided a bagged breakfast for us before our early morning departure on an excursion to Machu Picchu. The hotel's regular breakfast also offered a variety of choices (breads, fruits) and eggs made to order. The location is only about a block from the main plaza, so you are very close to the main city attractions.

Staff was very friendly especially Elvira and Jazmin. Can’t remember the names from the bar but two guys one from Venezuela and Brazil. Place is very clean and they keep you entertained.

It's very convenient, very close to the main attractions, and the breakfast is different every day, which I like very much. The waiters and doormen here are very professional and kind. Especially Dennis, the receptionist at the front desk. I will stay here again next time.
