The privacy and the quiet environment. The balcony view is so relaxing, most esp at night. The location is also close to the Golf course that we went and that made the trip for golfing shorter.

Fast Internet connection, comfortable bed, free water, complimentary welcoming coffee, security of the room, possibility of renting car/motorbike on site, safe and friendly neighbourhood .....and above all the kindness of all the staff; they even cooked for me a special delicious chicken adobo delivered to my room after I enquired about Philippines dishes. Very friendly and helpful owners Had a great time swimming and playing badminton and basketball. Apartment was comfortable with kitchenette and living area and bedroom. Value for money for only 23 USD. See you all again soon i hope.

I needed a place to stay for one night and it was absolutely perfect for this purpose. Nice staff, clean, good value for the price. Of course it's not quiet next to the main street but it didn't bother me. However, I also have a deep sleep. The host provides earplugs though. I had a room on the 1st floor.

- location (directly on top of good shopping) - staff - upmarket feel - great shower - great room - pillows - HUGE bed w was super comfortable - breakfast was EPIC! - bottles of filtered water everyday - fantastic AC w own controls - i noticed they use quality brands in the room fitout (Samsung Tv, Kohler shower)
