The privacy and the quiet environment. The balcony view is so relaxing, most esp at night. The location is also close to the Golf course that we went and that made the trip for golfing shorter.

Exceptional! The best accommodation we've had after a month of traveling in the Philippines, and one of the cheapest! Lovely and attentive staff, hot water with good pressure, impeccable cleanliness (10/10), a full set of tableware, a drinking water dispenser, ice cubes, air conditioning, TV, and more... The hotel is perfect, felt like I was living like a king. Whenever I have to stop over in Manilla I will definitely be staying here again as it's right by the airport. The food was amazing and the buffet breakfast was superb. The beds are really comfortable with heaps of movie channels and good showers.

Staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Got local recommendations of Michelin chef restaurant to go one of the evenings (The Pig and Palm) which did not disappoint. Facilities in the hotel were modern and immaculate. Pool area was lovely and general decor was really sleek. The food was amazing. We ate twice in the hotel as it was so yummy.

“I recently stayed at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, and I had a wonderful experience. The room was amazing, with a stunning ocean view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I especially appreciated the massage that I received, which was very relaxing and helped me to unwind after a long day of travel. The chef was also very accommodating, and she was able to create a special meal for me that was tailored to my dietary restrictions. I was also very impressed by the manger of operations, Mr. Khan, who sent me a cake to my room in celebration of Eid. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Cebu." they took me to a beautiful snorkeling spot off the coast of Cebu. The water was clear and there were so many colorful fish to see. I even got to feed the fish, which was a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun activity in Cebu.”
