Staff's let us check in early. They are also very accomodating. I recommend the swan room because of the city view. Very comfortable stay. And the location was very close to sm baguio and burham park. Will definitely come back here.

The hotel is located on a highway. Very suitable for those who want to stop in the middle of a long trip. The room was clean. Pleasant. nice view. Modest but really good. The staff was outstanding. We had a problem that we needed to solve and they went above and beyond to help us. They really took it upon themselves to handle the problem until it was solved. Just an amazing team.
