I came all the way from Azad Kashmir with a confirmed booking, but when I reached here, they told me we didn't have a room. I was with my family, and we did not sleep last night. We needed to catch a flight to London the next day. The weather was very hot, and we were stuck. Then we booked a new hotel, which was expensive the fourth time.
