Beautiful little village/town on the foothills. Much less crowded and touristy than Zakopane. If you don't need the buzz then Bialka is rather perfect I'd say: the trails and roads are still really close and the town has all the services and facilities you would want. Plus, it has some beautiful architecture.

Bialka turned out to be far from Zakopane --> with transportation. And there's a sad fact that transportation from/to Zakopane is so hard and rare. If you have a car it'll be wonderful for you, Small, cozy, lovely, and people are nice.
If you can depend on Hitchhiking, you'll also manage there, although people are not used to it and they thought we're waving so they waved back and smiled. But ofc some people stopped and took us with them.

It's a brilliant resort.
It's a brilliant resort. Lovely gentle pistes, affordable restaurants, ski hire and passes. Everything is relaxed but it is super organised. Highly recommend but just for a few days. Due to the price being less than normal ski resorts we were able to enjoy other activities such as skidoos, thermal baths, meals out etc. It's was great!

The town is an excellent destination for those looking for well-equipped skiing on easy slopes, lazing in pools, saunas, walking on undulating slopes and not too high hills. Recommended restaurant: Litworowy Staw.

A fantastic slope for beginners.
A fantastic slope for beginners. Intermediate skiers can also find something to keep them entertained. A perfect place to go with kids, big and small, with lots of slopes to choose from. However, it can get quite crowded during the school holidays and at weekends.

Białka Tatrzańska as a ski resort is unique as it has not become yet a mass tourists spot that would damage its natural beauty. And that is what I value most about this place. The ski area is perfect to every detail. I loved STOK school and instructors, and Waluś Ski Rental.
Rezydencja Diamond exceeded my expectations and for sure we will come back. There weren't long queues on ski stations, Karcma Bania was the best to relax apres-ski and the whole area was just beautiful. My kids loved skiing routes and we all want to come back.

Our stay at DW Pod Jaworami in Białka Tatrzańska was fantastic! From the warm welcome to the thoughtful hospitality of Mr. Janusz and his family, we felt truly at home. He went above and beyond—recommending great restaurants, organizing a bonfire, sauna and ensuring every detail was perfect. The breakfasts were delicious, and the billiard room and children’s playroom were perfect for relaxation and fun.
