We were 6 people going to the hotel (booked 3 rooms), but the car with 4 people broke down, so me and 3 other people didn't make it to the hotel. The other 2 people did. The hotel cancelled my booking and returned the money and made a new booking for the friends who actually made it to the hotel, which I thought was very nice of the hotel. Thank you!
