I love this hotel. It’s right across the street from the Museum, the staff are always helpful and friendly, and I never slept in a quieter hotel. The food (dinner) is also excellent, all at a very reasonable price.

Everything was perfect, staff was nice although we there was very little interaction with them, they very super nice, rooms were very clean and tidy, spa and wellness was exceptional, and food was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back

Amazing place. Very clean and comfortable. Very nice shower, comfortable bed . Very nice and warming host. 2 zabka close to location. Also, there is 7/24 restaurant close to location. It is close to everywhere by walking. I really recommend you to walk everywhere because it is wonderful town.

The apartment is new and beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was especially useful in August. Closed yard, plenty of parking space. Code lock - simple and convenient. The street was nearby, but we didn't hear anything (windows facing another side).

    We were very happy that we chose to stay in Oswiecim rather than just travelling there from Krakow. In addition to Auschwitz, we visited the Ospitzin Synagogue and museum (a very moving and informative memorial), toured the local murals, wandered around the older part of town, enjoyed the parks, and had a spectacular dinner at the Old Tree Villa and Restaurant.

    The town is ok the local museum is mostly in Polish but the staff speak German and Russian and I was able to visit and talk in German. Most of the town was closed even though it was 2pm on a Tuesday. But Auschwitz was what I was there for very moving

    Ok, we are not a young couple, I am 72 and my wife is 55 but...

    Ok, we are not a young couple, I am 72 and my wife is 55 but we find the area safe, quiet and beautiful. Its a small slice of heaven. We walk everywhere and its a true joy. The Old Town is quaint and small and a 1 k walk from our unit, there are old buildings and forts nearby and a river and beautiful parklands there with a cafe and restaurants. Great cakeshops and cafes. You can walk safely all over, just look up Google maps for ideas. Its 60 to 90 mins on new electric trains to Krakow. Just look up our review on' New air conditioned unit Oswiecim' on this site.

    Only thing that let it down was the restaurant we ate at… Chata na Zaborskiej. We planned that meal for a week, visited the restaurant when we arrived the night before to make sure it was going to be what we expected. The staff were really nice and helpful… but the food… all courses for both of us were bland, uncooked for one of them and not anything we could recommend to others. Could be we were unlucky but the experience was bad and we would not eat there again.

    Oświęcim is a beautiful town!

    Oświęcim is a beautiful town! There are so many places to walk and bike, historical things to see, lots of nature and fresh air. I really enjoyed its peaceful vibe! There's an excellent transit system in town, however, I chose to walk everywhere and soak in the charm of the town. I hope to return again for a longer visit!

    This city Oswiecim is historical because of the concentration camps here. You should come here to see history before the current wars in Ukrainian n Russia could rid the area of evidence of the genocides that occurred here back in the 1930-40’s.

    Ursula is a super woman. She and her husband picked me up at the train station when I arrived because it was dark and I could not find a taxi. Ursula also took me back to the train station. Beautiful quiet house with a big, modern kitchen. I really appreciated the kindness and useful help of Ursula to explain things to do and to see in Oswiecim.

    Very nice and clean hotel in the centre of town. Room description was accurate and the road was not too noisy to sleep with an open window. Breakfast was in the annex building outside - beautiful annex and great breakfast choice, but a little chilly for our taste. Staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Would come back anytime!

    We loved it! It was right in the center of Oświęcim. It was clean and modern. For me beds and bathroom has to be spotless and it was! So pleased we chose it. We were in contact with the manager at all times as we arrived late in the evening. We had no issues to find the cards to the room and were provided with code to the front door.

    Breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right in the centre of the town and offers a spacious underground garage. From there it takes just 6 minutes by car to the Auschwitz memorial site.
