Nice little mountain spa area mostly for health tourists within Poland but also from the neighbouring area. The main street is short and there are not a lot of services outside the hotels, but you do get the basic food, cafe and grocery shopping done. A very pretty town with lots of historic buildings, many of which have been renovated in recent years. The park and pump rooms are well maintained and are quite charming, set in a pedestrian precinct. Parking is available nearby, but may be limited in busier times. There are quite a few reasonably-priced restaurants catering to all tastes, including international and vegetarian cuisines. There are plenty of options for outdoor pursuits such as walking and cycling on well-marked trails, and winter sports (we visited in autumn so can't say what the skiing facilities are like). The gondola will take you up to the top of the mountain if you don't want to walk, and there is a viewing platform if you don't want to take the gondola all the way to the top.Guest review byMichałPoland

Taking a shower in front of the lady staring at me right from Alphonse Mucha's poster was an extraordinarary exerience. :D The apartment was spacious, clean, and the kitchen fully equipped. There were two toilets - one in the bathroom and a seperate one. The beds were the most comfortable ones we've ever slept in. The views from the kitchen and room windows were amazing! The heated swimming pool for kids was a hit. Kids can stay there for hours without getting cold. The design of the hotel is great! Stylish and comfortable. I loved how much entertainment they have for the kids! Since there is not much to do around the hotel in the summer months, except for hiking, you are mostly staying in if you have younger kids.
